This hotel is amazing. Location of this hotel is an awesome. Food is fantastic. Staff are so supportive. Even serving is best in class. Mr. Pande is one point contact person for all kind of requirement. He manages things so easily. Children are very happy with him.

Hotel location is good, close proximity to main market. Overall Service was good, peaceful. Smooth check in and check out by Moin, Sharmeel, and Narayan. Good room service by Mahendra. Food in their restaurant is good - avoid Chinese, opt for North Indian. For the amount which they charge, Rooms are not that great, they need renovation. Please replace all your existing Linen- bedsheets, towels etc with new ones. Current ones have become very old and some are stained.

The hotel is located in the quieter part of town which is so welcome. The property is quite well maintained but what really takes to cake are the staff who are polite, courteous and prompt with the service.

We had a very amazing and excellent stay thanks to the entire team of Aravali. Big thanks to Mr Mohin Qureshi from the management team who went all the way to ensure our happy stay. Staff were very helpful, food was very tasty and the top of all was the environment and view of the hotel .location is very convenient and close to nearby attractions. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Mount Abu.

We are club Mahindra members and have booked the property through them. The overall experience of the stay is excellent. Food is moderately priced but good quality and tasty . Variety is good.|The hotel staff is friendly and courteous|The place is well maintained with lot of greenery around

4 days stay through club Mahindra membership for the first time. Extremely comfortable stay with excellent service and ambience. Recommended for family vacation and again thanks to all staff members for all round cooperation.

I booked a Villa suite for 1 night at Aravali hotels at a cost of 9.5K, thinking it's part of club Mahindra resorts so will give me and my family a luxury experience. Pros: - Great looking - Quiet & Peaceful - Good food and service Cons: - No mineral water, no mositurisers..these are basic amenities - walls are swollen, washroom smells badly - They gave me an extension for checkout
